STREAMS science
At STREAMS, we mainly do experimental research, but can perform kinetic modelling as well. PAMELA, a newly developed high-vacuum permeation facility, is the core for fundamental understanding of molecular transport in ultrathin membranes. Our know-how consists in exploring interfacial phenomena by looking at the outer surface of the material. DAISY is another setup which is in place for addressing more practical issues, such as defect formation and upscaling. Of course, we are also engaged in materials synthesis and prefer innovative solutions. STREAMS has close ties with different collaborators around the globe and constantly seeks to expand its network.
